Who we are
True North Technologies Limited (company number 562612; registered office Suite A2, No. 1 Charlotte Quay, Limerick, V94 TW5E, Ireland), of Unit 4, Kilsheelan House, Shannon, Co. Clare, V14 PP66, Ireland, is responsible for your personal data on moregrass.ie and when you buy from us or ask us for help. What we collect and why

We also hold records of devices and conversations with customers from before this shop, carried over from our previous customer system and our old website's shop, so we can continue to support devices we sold.
We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
News and offers by email
If you tick the box at checkout, we will email you now and then about our products, offers and GrasslandTools. The box is never ticked for you, we keep a record of when you ticked it, and every email has a link to stop them; you can also just tell us. Saying no makes no difference to anything you buy.
Card payments
Card payments are made through Stripe, which receives your card details directly. We never see or store your card number. Stripe also processes some information about your device to prevent fraud; see stripe.com/privacy.
Who else handles your data
- Stripe: payments.
- Mailgun: sends our emails, from its EU servers.
- DigitalOcean: hosts the site and our records, in Amsterdam.
- An Post, DPD, DHL, or whichever courier carries your parcel: your name, delivery address and phone number.
- Our accountants and Revenue, for tax.
Where one of these companies handles data outside the European Economic Area, it does so under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
- Orders, invoices and payments: at least six years after the end of the tax year they fall in, as Irish tax law requires, and after that for as long as they help us support what we sold you.
- Your details, your devices and our notes of your support and service: for as long as you have one of our devices or are in touch with us, so we can look after them and you.
- Your consent to news and offers: until you withdraw it, and a record that you gave it for as long as we might need to show it.
- When we no longer need something, or you ask us to, we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it (tax records, for example).
Cookies
moregrass.ie uses only the cookies it needs to work, so it doesn't ask for consent:

We count visits to the site without cookies and without anything that identifies you: which page, where the visit came from, the country, and the kind of device.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it (unless we must keep it, for example for tax), to restrict or object to how we use it, or to have it sent to you or someone else. Email us, and we will reply within a month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
Changes
We will update this notice when what we do changes, and change the date at the top.
