Changing your mind: 14 days

You can cancel your order within 14 days from the day you, or someone you nominate, receive the goods, whether you are buying for yourself or for your farm business. If your order came in more than one parcel, the 14 days run from the last one. You don't have to give a reason.

How to cancel

Tell us before the 14 days are up: email [email protected], ring +353 61 708 423, or send the form below. Include your order number.

Sending it back

• Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us, to: True North Technologies, Unit 4, Kilsheelan House, Shannon, Co. Clare, V14 PP66, Ireland.
• You pay the cost of sending them back. If the goods are faulty, we cover it: see below.
• Please pack them well; if you still have the original box, use it. You can handle and try the goods as you would in a shop. If they come back worn or damaged beyond that, we may take the loss in value off your refund.

Your refund

• We refund what you paid, including the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of proof that you sent them if that comes first.
• The refund goes back the way you paid: to your card, or by bank transfer if you paid that way. We email you a credit note showing what was refunded and the VAT on it.
• If you cancel only part of an order, we refund those items. We refund delivery only if the whole order comes back.

What can't be returned for a change of mind

• A Farm Map Whiteboard printed with your own farm map, because it is made to your specification. If it arrives damaged or misprinted, that is a fault, and we put it right.
• GrasslandTools access that came with a product, once it has been added to your account or its code redeemed, if you asked for it to start within the 14 days. If you return the product and the access is unused, we cancel the code.

Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, tell us as soon as you can. We will put it right: a repair, a replacement or a refund, and we cover the cost of the return. This is separate from, and on top of, the 14 days above. Guarantees are in our terms of sale.

Deposits

If you secured a price with a deposit and no longer want the order, tell us and we refund the deposit.

Cancellation form

You don't have to use this form, but you can: copy it into an email, or print it and post it.
